Lotto Social is built for flexibility: you can pause, cancel, or restart whenever you want.
To manage your membership or stop your ongoing syndicates:
- Simply visit 'Menu' on the top left-hand corner of your screen.
- Select 'Account'.
- Click on 'Manage Account'
- Switch off the toggle on your chosen syndicate.
- Proceed with the cancellation steps.
If you're having trouble doing the above, visit the Syndicate page and click on the 3 vertical dots in the corner of your syndicate. Then click on 'View' next to Manage Syndicate and follow the onscreen instructions.
You can also click the 'Need help' icon on the Help page to speak with our Digital Assistant and we can assist you in stopping all future payments.
If you experience any issues, please call our helpline at 01633901144 to cancel directly. Make sure to use the mobile number you registered with when calling.
💡 Pro tip: If you’re still being charged after cancelling, it usually means you signed up with a different mobile number – sometimes a partner’s or relative’s. Double-check the number you registered with.
