To manage your membership or stop your ongoing syndicates:
- Simply visit 'Menu' on the top left-hand corner of your screen.
- Select 'Account'.
- Click on 'Manage Account'
- Switch off the toggle on your chosen syndicate.
- Proceed with the cancellation steps.
If you're having trouble doing the above, visit the Syndicate page and click on the 3 vertical dots in the corner of your syndicate. Then click on 'View' next to Manage syndicate and follow the onscreen instructions.
You can also click the 'Need help' icon on the Help page to speak with our Digital Assistant and we can assist you in stopping all future payments.
