How do I deactivate a Jackpot trigger?

Deactivating a jackpot trigger is a quick and easy process! Here’s how you can do it:

Log into your Lotto Social account and navigate to the Manage Account page. Simply switch the toggle off for the jackpot trigger you wish to deactivate.

If you're having trouble doing the above, visit the Syndicate page and click on the 3 vertical dots in the corner of your Jackpot Trigger. Then click on 'View' next to Manage Syndicate and follow the onscreen instructions.

This will ensure that the trigger is turned off and you won’t be automatically entered into draws for that jackpot anymore.

You can also click the 'Need help' icon on the Help page to speak with our Digital Assistant and we can assist you in stopping all future payments.
