To merge your existing accounts, you will need to ensure your accounts have the same email address.
You will need to contact us so we can assist you:
- Click 'Need help' on the help screen and select 'Profile'.
- Scroll right on the carousel to find the 'Merge Accounts' option.
Please note, once you merge your accounts any balances you have will be transferred to your active account. This will be your only remaining account and the one you will need to login to when checking tickets and winnings.
