When will I receive my winnings?

We’re just as excited as you are about paying out winnings – it’s one of the best parts of our job!

Once your cashout request is submitted, here’s what you can expect:

1. Validation time: Cashouts generally take up to 72 hours for us to validate. This is part of our routine checks to keep your account secure.

2. Processing time: After successful validation, it can take 3–5 working days for funds to be credited to your PayPal account.

3. Further checks: Occasionally, we may carry out additional checks if necessary. This can sometimes add a short delay, but it’s all to make sure your funds reach you securely.
