Ongoing Syndicate: If you're being charged weekly, it's probably because you've signed up for one of our popular ongoing memberships! These memberships renew automatically every week to ensure you never miss out on a draw. To learn more about how to manage your membership, see here.
Jackpot Trigger: Another reason for a recent charge could be that you’ve set up a Jackpot Trigger! This means you’ve chosen a specific jackpot amount, and once that jackpot is reached, we automatically enter you into the draws so you don’t miss the chance to win big! Auto-Top-Up: If you’ve opted for an auto-top-up, you’ll be charged when your credit balance falls below £0.50. This ensures you always have enough credit to keep purchasing tickets and enjoying your draws! To check or adjust your settings, head to the "Store" page and click on the 'Get Credit' button at the top of the screen.
Multiple Accounts: If you’ve stopped all future payments on your account but are still seeing charges, it could be due to having multiple accounts. Some users forget that they registered different accounts in the past and are being charged for one of those so double check you don't have more than one account.
