Why am I still being charged after cancelling?

If you’re seeing charges after canceling your syndicate, check the following:

1. Confirm cancellation: Visit your Syndicate page to confirm that your syndicate shows as cancelled and verify that you received a cancellation SMS to your registered mobile number. If you have trouble cancelling, check out this FAQ.

2. Pending payment: Sometimes a recent cancellation may overlap with a billing date, which means the final payment was already pending at the time of cancellation. Once the payment is pending, we can't stop it as it's already with your bank but rest assured you will not incur any further charges.

3. Multiple accounts: Make sure you haven’t registered another account with a different mobile number, as you may be incurring charges you're not aware of.

4. Jackpot triggers: Visit the Manage Account page to check if you have any active Jackpot triggers that you set up on your account. If one was recently activated, you will be charged for it. For more information on Jackpot triggers, see here.
