Incorrect Mobile Number:
- Make sure your mobile number matches the number you used to register.
- Type your mobile number manually instead of copying and pasting to avoid any mistakes.
Wrong Password:
- Click on the eye icon next to the password field so you can view what you're typing and ensure your password is correct.
- If you've forgotten your password, click the forgot password option and follow the instructions onscreen.
Account Doesn’t Exist:
- If the password and mobile number entered are not recognized, it means the account has never been registered.
- Double check your login credentials and try again.
Too Many Attempts:
- If you’ve made several unsuccessful attempts, you’ll need to wait for 30 minutes before trying again.
Account Disabled:
- If you requested your account to be closed, you cannot log back into this account.
- You also can't re-register using the same mobile number.
